Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and unforeseen situations may arise which is why we offer the following cancellation policy

All cancellations:

• Be emailed 48 hours before the tour date.
• Medical exemptions must be accompanied by supporting documentation
• Cancellations due to weather only under Coast Guard Advisement
• Refunds will exclude any payment processing fees
• Refunds will be done within 3 business days of cancellation
